*Please read and follow these steps carefully to be fully registered!

Step 1: A reminder that Fosston High School Activity Registration guidelines for a participant must have a sports physical every 3 years. An exam is good for 36 months. Once you have your physical and is completed by a doctor, you can turn it into the office or you can scan it and submit completed Physical Forms online.

Step 2: Fill out and submit the Online Registration Form prior to the start of the season. Please read through these forms carefully and be certain to complete and acknowledge each one where required.

Step 3: Once you've completed the form, you'll have the option to pay the activity fee online (credit card) or by cash/check.  If paying by cash/check, please send your payment to the Activities Office promptly. Payments online are done through our K12 Payment Center.

To pay your activities fee online:

10th - 12th: $75

7th to 9th: $50
